Operator and Acceptance

The Nestriora online store is operated under the trading name Nestriora. These terms govern site use and purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the version of these terms presented at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order, unless applicable law permits a younger person to purchase with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products and Safe Use

Products should be used according to their product descriptions, instructions, warnings, and applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, materials, compatibility, installation requirements, and safety information before purchase and use.

Pricing, Taxes, and Errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout where required.

If an obvious pricing, availability, or product-data error occurs, we may decline or cancel the order before shipment and promptly refund any payment taken.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept the order by confirming or shipping it.

We may decline or cancel an order for stock unavailability, an unsupported address, an obvious product or pricing error, payment failure, or reasonable fraud concerns, and will refund any captured payment.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Charges may appear using a Nestriora or payment-processor descriptor displayed during checkout or on the order confirmation.

Shipping, Title, and Risk

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, title and risk of loss pass according to the carrier delivery terms applicable to the order.

Product Warranty

Where a product is covered by a Nestriora warranty, the applicable product page, warranty document, or order materials will state the warranty period and coverage.

Unless a specific warranty is expressly provided, nothing in these terms creates a separate warranty beyond rights provided by applicable law.

Warranty Coverage

Where applicable, warranty coverage is generally limited to manufacturing defects under normal intended use and is subject to inspection and any product-specific warranty terms.

Warranty Exclusions

Unless required by law or expressly covered by a product warranty, warranty coverage may not include normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, water or environmental damage, unauthorized repair or modification, use contrary to instructions, or damage caused after delivery.

Warranty Claims

Email support@nestriora.com with your order number, product name, description of the issue, and photographs or video when requested.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by the Nestriora Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Reviews and User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Nestriora permission to display and use it for store-related purposes.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, private, or non-genuine content. We do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.

Intellectual Property

Nestriora site content, including original text, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Nestriora or its licensors.

Third-party trademarks, product images, and documentation belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Disputes and Consumer Rights

Contact Nestriora first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute will be handled under the laws and procedures applicable to the transaction and the customer's location, to the extent required by law.

Changes

The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order. Later changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
